Meet Information

Coaches Meeting: 8:20
First Call Girls: 8:45
Final Call Girls: 8:55
Start: 9:00
First Call Boys: 9:45
Final Call Boys: 9:55
Start: 10:00
Awards for both races will follow the conclusion of the Boys race.
State Qualifying Standards:
1 full team enters the Region Meet, 1 team advances.
2-3 full teams enter the Region Meet, 2 teams advance
4-5 full teams enter the Region Meet, 3 teams advance.
6-7 full teams enter the Region Meet, 4 teams advance.
8-10 full teams enter the Region Meet, 5 teams advance.
11 or more full teams enter the Region Meet, 6 teams advance.
After the teams qualifying for State are determined, the top five (5) individuals from teams NOT advancing to State will qualify for the State Meet as individuals.
Course Access: The course will only be accessible 1 hour prior to the start of the Girls race for each class. No team may be on course at any point while a race is ongoing. There will be no course access on Friday evening.
Region Fee: $65 per team Total of $130 for both boys and girls (boys and girls are different teams). Due to the cost of awards/timer any team that enters 1 or more athletes will be required to pay the full fee.
Awards: Top 2 Teams, Top 15 Finishers.
Gate: $10 per car, CASH ONLY. No passes
FANS: There will be a well marked area where fans can go. Unlike other meets at YCP, Fans will be restricted in their access to the course. Coaches will be provided with passes 2 Passes to the course for course access. Coaches, it is your responsibility to ensure your fans are aware that they cannot go on course.
